Currently, we are booked about fifteen (15) days in advance.

Qualitative:
Minimum site visit fee of $400.00. This fee covers the first five (5) fit tests. Each additional fit test is $25.00 per test. A fuel surcharge of .67¢ per mile is added for county’s outside of Pierce County.

Quantitative:
Minimum site visit fee of $850.00. This fee covers the first ten (10) fit tests. Each additional fit test to $60.00 per test.

NOTE:

A "fit test" is one-respirator, per person.  If the first respirator fails we will test a second and third at no extra cost and it will not count toward the initial fit test.

For Qualitative Fit Testing: (QLFT)

One Tech can test 20 subjects per hour.

Two Tech’s can test 40 subjects per hour.

For Quantitative Fit Testing: (QLFT)

One Tech can test 4-6 subjects per hour.

Two Tech’s can test 8-12 subjects per hour.

NOTE:

If you want more than one respirator tested per person, it will count toward your initial 10 tests.

Per OSHA regulations you must get Medical Evaluations on all employees who wear a respirator. Quick and easy evals can be completed at the NWR-RespSafety

In a word…. YES! They MUST be clean shaven!  WE do not fit test anyone with a beard.

All fees are due upon receipt of our electronic invoice. In some cases we may require a deposit.

Fit Test Certificates are not released until service fees have been paid.

Yes, you will receive a Ecard “Certificate of Respirator Fit Testing” usually within 8 hours after payment of our invoice.
