REQUEST A BOOKING BY USING THE FORM BELOW

Minimum site fee 

Qualitative (N95-Half Mask)

  • Non Destructive, QLFT (Qualitative Fit Testing): $350.00 minimum covers the first five (5) test subjects, $25.00 each additional fit test. Mileage fees of .72¢ per mile apply for site visits greater than 30 miles from office base in Gig Harbor, WA.

Quantitative: (Full Face)

  • Minimum site visit fee of $850.00. This fee covers the first ten (10) fit tests. Each additional fit test to $60.00 per test.

NOTE:

  • A "fit test" is one-respirator, per person.  If the first respirator fails we will test a second and third at no extra cost and it will not count toward the initial fit test. If you want more than one respirator tested per person it will count toward your initial 10 tests.
