Ingredients
Active Ingredient (in each capsule): Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mgInactive Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, purified water, and sorbitol. Capsules are imprinted with edible dye-free ink.
Directions
Take every 4 to 6 hours Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours. Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 to 2 capsules Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 capsule Children under 6 years: do not use this product in children under 6 years of age Other information Store between 20-25° C (68-77° F). Avoid high humidity and excessive heat. Protect from light.

Works great as an antihistamine.I’ve been taking these for over twenty years, because of the antihistamine ability. Great to have around the house for emergenciesI recently had an allergic reaction to some medication I was taking. I called the doctor and he said to take Benadryl. Unfortunately all we had was a big bottle of Benadryl from 2018. I used it and it did help with the rash. But I decided it is better to buy a small package and replace it more regularly than to buy a big bottle and end up having to toss most of them. So although this is much more expensive per pill, it meets my needs.
