We’re an OSHA-Compliant Evaluator

When you take evaluations and fit tests with us, it’ll be according to official OSHA and Washington State Department of Labor & Industries requirements and guidelines.

Please indicate how many medical evaluations/clearances you require below (how many employees need clearances). Once your payment has been received you will be provided with a login to add your employees so that they may complete their questionnaires for clearance to wear a respirator.  Please allow up to one hour for your credential’s and log in details to be delivered.

You are not required to use our service for medical evaluations, there are several services to choose from.  We provide the Medical Evaluation and Clearance as a service to out valued clients.
